Abstract

Biology is a branch of science that has a big role in life, especially in the field of science and technology (Science and Technology). Learning biology is generally abstract so that it will cause difficulties for some students in learning it. One of the skills that can help students understand Biology material is creative thinking skills, so we need a learning model that can help hone and prepare students' creative reasoning abilities. In the learning process, models that can be used by teachers to help students understand Biology learning, one of which is the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the PjBL on students' creative reasoning abilities in biology learning. The type of research method used is library research with information data obtained from the investigation of several articles related to the subject of exploration. The results showed that the PjBL model basically influenced the further development of students' creative reasoning abilities in mastering biology material. This is because the PjBL model provides opportunities for students to investigate their own insights, so that students can see, remember and better understand the new knowledge they have to learn.
